Voting in TEXAS and my little doggie sweater

Kamal and I have already voted and are really excited to caucus tomorrow as well. It is kind of cool that our vote will actually count twice! I wasn't even sure what caucus was until we moved here. It's very different but really exciting. We voted for Obama. I think that he will definitely make a change for the better and will lead our country in a new direction.

I am working on a little doggie sweater. I am crocheting it and the colors look really nice. I've only done a couple of hours on it but it's almost half way. I will post a picture when I'm done. I can't believe that I am so into knitting and crocheting. I always wanted to learn when I was a little kid watching my great grandmother, she made it look so effortless and fun. Turns out, it is! I love watching TV and keeping my hands busy with knitting or crocheting. Can't wait to learn some new projects. :-)
