
My friend Lisa and I got a membership to Fitness 19 and are enjoying it so much. We've been two times so far because I have the M/W/F membership and we started on Wednesday, but we have worked ourselves out so hard that we are constantly sore. We have started out with cardio for about 30 minutes, then we move on to the weight machines and then back to cardio for another 20 minutes to work out the pain. So far, my stomach hurts, my butt hurts, my arms hurt, my shoulders hurt, my back hurts and my inner thighs hurt. I take that as a good sign.
On Monday morning, we have a complimentary work out session with a personal trainer. The personal trainer who set us up, Charlie, warned us to eat a good breakfast so we don't faint and be prepared to be really sore the next day. Lisa and I are really excited about it because in our eyes, the more sore we are, the better. Bring it on, Charlie!
