Since the kids started summer school, I have been jogging about 3 miles every week day morning. It feels so good to get in some much needed exercise. I also have been watching what I eat but not to the point where I feel deprived and surprise! I'm down 10 pounds.
My goal is to continue with the 3 miles and try to build up a little more every week. Hopefully, by the time school starts in the fall, I can lose 20 more pounds and I will be where I'd like to be. Wish me luck!
