Day 2 of 56 - PADIAAM

Uh oh! What happened? I didn't reach my goal today but I didn't go up any either and though I'm disappointed, I'm not letting it get me down because I know how my body works. I may not have lost a pound today but tomorrow, I could be down two pounds due to water weight. So it's all good!

Big reminder: Make sure you drink plenty of water! I try to do at least four 8oz. glasses a day or more if you can handle it.

When I started Weight Watchers in October I have pretty much given up everything but water to drink. I am a huge fan of Propell packets you add in the water and I can dring about two 2 liters of water a day. I only drink a diet drink on occasion as they are high in salt (AKA water reatiner). Diet Rite is sodium free so go for that when you need the fizz. Good luck my friend!
