Okay, I'm back on track. So far, 5.5lbs lost on day 8 but hopefully I can make up a little ground this week. I need to lose 5.5 lbs before next Monday to hit my goal and I believe that I can do it, I just need to continue watching my food intake. Yay! I'm already feeling TONS better in the way my clothes feel and my energy levels are higher. And that's just 5.5 lbs! Can you imagine the way I'll feel in a month? I'm really excited.
